I like almost all Patanjali products but some products are really awesome. Today I am going to give a review about Patanjali Aloe Vera Gel. This is very good for all type skin as well as for hair I just loved it. Aloe Vera gel is soothing and hydrate skin. it gives a cooling effect and left a beautiful soft skin.
Now I will tell you how to use this aloe Vera gel for skin and hair.


Patanjali Aloe Vera Gel: Each 5g contains 90% Aloe Barbadians (Aloe Vera Gel) and base materials are Vitamin E, Permitted color & some perfume for the smell.



HOW TO USE PATANJALI ALOE VERA GEL:

1. Normal to Oily Skin:

  • It works wonder for oily skin. take one drop of aloe Vera gel and massage it for 5 to 7 minutes all over the face in circular motion.
  •  Apply a layer of skin and leave it the whole night. wash it off with normal water in morning you will get a beautiful soft skin.
  • Apply a layer before half an hour of the bath.
  • Apply Gel 2 to 4 times in a day.
  • Use it after every face wash.

2. Face Primer: 

  • Apply before makeup as a primer and then applying foundation and feel softer skin.
  • Apply after makeup removal it hydrates skin. 


3. Dry Skin

For dry skin, we should mix some ingredients into aloe vera gel for a better result.
  • Take One tablespoon honey.
  • One tablespoon aloe Vera gel.
  • mix it well.
  • apply on face.
  • leave it for half an hour.
  • wash it off with lukewarm water.
  • awesome skin u will get.
  • If you wanna apply whole night then use Aloe Vera Gel with Vitamin E oil.

4. Pimples:  

Aloe Vera Gel is good for pimples and scars also.
  • Add some lemon juice in Aloe Vera juice.
  • Apply this mix all over the face.
  • leave it for 20 minutes.
  • wash it off with normal water.
  • In a week you can experience the result.

5. Face Pack:

For face packs, we are using normal water and Rose. Instead of them use this gel and make your face pack more beneficial.

6. For Hair

It works awesome for the skin as well as for hair also. I am using this gel for my dry and rough hair. it gives a good shine and dandruff free scalp.

  1. As a Conditioner: Take some drops on your palms and apply on hair from root to ends. Use it as a conditioner.
  2. As a Serum: Use it as a Serum. In a spray bottle mix Aloe Vera Gel and some water. spray on hair and get healthy hair as well.
  3. As a Hair Mask

  • Take four tablespoons Aloe vera gel.
  • Add two tablespoon organic honey.
  • Add two tablespoon Curd.
  • Mix it Well.
  • Apply on your hair and scalp.
  • leave it for 30 minutes.
  • Wash it off with normal water.
  • Get beautiful shiny hair.
These are some uses of Patanjali Aloe Vera Gel. You can use it in many different ways. I strongly recommended this Gel because I am using it and it is an awesome and natural product. No side effects only benefit you will get.

"Rock Salt or Normal Salt"


Salt is a very important thing in our life . It gives flavor to our dish. Without salt can't imagine a salty food. In the world many types of salt available . We should know that which one Good for our healthy life. If we know about quality we can use better for us.


Here we are describing the types of salt:

  1. Regular table salt: The most common refined salt. All its minerals removed during refinery. This is a white poison for our body. Now a days everyone is using iodized salt but we don't know that our body needs very small amount of iodine in a day or that we can get from other things also.      
  2. sea salt: Unrefined sea salt is produced from sea water and its not harmful in average amount.
  3. Celtic salt : It is harvested by hands using old techniques and it contains a variety of balanced nutrition. It is chemical free and bleach free salt.
  4. Kosher Salt: kosher salt made from the salt crystals. it is usually not iodized but some brands may contains an anti-caking agents. Mostly this salt using to remove the blood from meat.
  5. Rock Salt (Himalayan pink salt): This salt is known as Sendha Namak also. It contains around 84 minerals compare to other salt.
  6. Black Salt (Kala Namak):  Kala namak is rich in Iron and many more minerals. It's cool by nature.This one is good for many diseases. Black salt also very good for health but because of smell we cant use it for food. In some special food we can use it.


Normal Regular Salt(Table Salt):

Table salt produced from sodium called sodium chloride. This one is very common to use. In Indian grocery every one used to this table salt. This is good in test and less costly than others. It's availability also more than other salt. But this is not ideal according to health.
  • Table salt is not good for circulatory system or respiratory system.
  • This salt increase the risk of heart disease, kidney diseases, thyroid, Nervous system disorders such as Stress Anxiety and depression.
  • Table salt is another cause of high blood pressure that's why Doctors also advised to stop intake of salt.
  • During refined this salt loose the all benefit and they add the artificial minerals in it. that is harmful for human body system.

Table salt is a regular normal salt without any benefit it gives many health issues. 

Rock Salt (Sendha Namak):

In modern life style everyone is living in comfort zone. they are habitual for fast foods, Alcohol consumption, lack of body movement, Off time eating habits, Stressful Life and many more reason to gain Extra fat. here we are describing some particular asanas to reduce belly and extra fat fast.
  • Hastautthan Padahasthasan.
  • Chakki Chalan Asana.
  • Utthanpadasan.
  • Kapalbhati Pranayam.

HastaUtthan Padahasthasan


This asan is combination of two asanas first is hastutthanaasana and other is padahasthasana. both are good to reduce belly fat and extra fat. we combined these asana for quick result. 
  • Stand up and Both hands up separately and stretch both arms above the head, keeping them straight and head up also.
  • Inhale while raising the arms.
  • Concentration on the stretch of the abdomen and expansion of the lungs.
  • Hold for 15 seconds in starting and than perform Padahastasana(hand to Toe pose).
  • Exhale and slowly bend forward from the hips until the fingers touch the floor or toes.
  • Bring the forehead as close to the knees as is comfortable.
  • Don't be stressful, keep the knees straight.
  • Concentration on back and pelvic region.
  • Hold as much as comfortable than again Inhale and back to Hasta Utthanasana.
  • Start it slow 2 to 3 times a day and than do with fast speed with inhale and exhale 5 to 7 times. Day by day increase it 10 to 20 times.

Caution:

People's suffering from back problem should not bend forward fully. Bend from the hips, keeping the spine straight, or bend only as far as is comfortable....
Who have conic back pain don't perform this asan. and the persons who have many diseases first consult the Yoga Instructor or Doctor and start it with patience.

Chakki Chalan Asana


  • Sit with the legs stretched out in front of the body with the feet widely separated.
  • Interlock the fingers of both hands and hold the arms out straight in front of the chest.
  • Bend forward as far as possible without straining. And move around and back as far as possible.Do not bend the elbows.
  • Eyes close and imagine The action of churning a mill with and old- fashioned stone grinder.
  • Try to move the body from waist. One rotation is one round.
  • Try with Inhale and exhale 5 to 10 times clock wise and than same anti- clock wise.
  • Increase day by day 20 to 30 times.

Caution:

People's suffering from back problem should not bend forward fully. Slowly perform it..

Kapalbhati Pranayam


  • Sit in a comfortable meditation asana. 
  • The head and spine should be straight with the hands resting on the knees in jnana mudra.
  • Eyes close and relax the whole body.
  • Exhale through both nostrils with a forceful contraction of the abdominal muscles. When you exhale stomach should inside.
  • Beginners should perform in one second one through of breathe.
  • Start from 10 to 50 stroke and increase slowly. Observe body situation if feeling Dizziness and uncomfortable stop immediately.
  • Do under supervision a experienced Yoga Instructor. This is very useful but with correct way only.
  • For more strokes and benefit Do with Anulom-Vilom pranayam.

Precautions:

Kapalbhati should be performed on empty stomach, 3 to 4 hours after meals. If pain and dizziness are experienced, stop the practice and sit quietly for some time.

Caution:

Kapalbhati should not be practiced by those suffering from heart disease, high blood pressure, stroke, hernia or gastric ulcer. Not recommended during pregnancy and menstruation periods.

Utthanpadasan


  • Lay down with keeping body straight. 
  • Both hands under hips to give support to back.
  • Inhale
  • Both legs inclined up 30 to 40 degree from the floor. 
  • Hold for 10 seconds.
  • Exhale and legs down.
  • Come out from asana than relax in savasana.
  • Check Body situation if it is good perform it again.
  • Slowly increase the holding time 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Caution:

This asana restricted for who is suffering from chronic disease of stomach, Pregnancy and in menstruation periods. 

After performing every asana rest in savasana. For better Result Follow these five rules with full of positive mind. Stay Calm and Healthy.

Ujjayi Pranayam is one of the best Pranayam for soothes the nervous system and calms the mind. It has a profoundly relaxing effect at the psychic level.

  • It helps in increasing introversion and concentration.

Procedure of Ujjayi Pranayam

  •  First of all sit in comfortable meditation asanaa.
  •  Close the eyes and relax the whole body.
  •  Take the awareness to the Breathe through the nostrils and allow the breath to become calm and rhythmic.
  •  After 1 minute transfer the awareness to the throat.
  •  Imagine that you have a small hole in the throat and the Breath is being drawn in and out through the throat not through the nostrils.
  •  Slowly breathing becomes slower and deeper.
  •  Gently contact the glottis so that you can produced a soft Snoring sound, like the breathing of a sleeping baby.
  •  Both inhalation and exhalation should be long, deep and controlled.
  •  The sound of the breath should be audible to the practitioner alone.
  •  Ujjayi Breathe is good with khechari mudra.

Duration
Begin with 10 Breathe at a time and slowly increase to 5 minutes for general benefits.

**Warning: People who are suffering from chronic heart disease should not perform this practice.
